You will be an integral part of our passionate People team, working closely with our Director People and be instrumental in building our most important "product" - the ALAIKA team.What you will do:End-to-End Recruiting: Drive our hiring process from creation of meaningful job profiles to onboarding, including screening, interviewing and hiring great candidates.Active Sourcing: Identify suitable recruiting channels and platforms on which you establish your effective sourcing techniques.Candidate experience: Ensure an exceptional positive experience throughout the whole candidate journey and build a strong talent network.University cooperation & partnerships: Establish and expand university relationships to build strong networks with young talents and high potentials.ALAIKA Ambassador: Being the first point of contact for candidates, you will represent our ALAIKA values and culture throughout the entire recruitment process.Employer Branding: Drive innovative projects on Employee Value Proposition and conduct impactful events.Measuring Hiring Success: Monitor, analyze and review recruitment metrics regularly to ensure our Hiring goals are met.Your profile:Professional Experience: Several years of full-cycle recruitment experience (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and employer branding) with a proven track record of successfully attracting high caliber talents. Ideally, you gained work experience in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up/scale-up or a fast-growing company or top strategy consulting.Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, HR or related field.Technology Proficiency: Profound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse and sourcing tools.Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent stakeholders management skills are crucial. Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers
