We highly value the contributions of each of our 800+ employees, providing them with ample opportunities for growth and the development of invaluable skills.Key responsibilities:- You will work on the Sales Organisation:- Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability; - Recruit, train,and manage a team of high performing executives (Inside Sales, and Account Managers) to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention; - Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed; - Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers execution; - Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.- You will train and develop your Sales Teams:- Provide hands-on mentor for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals; - Lead new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of ramp period; - Implement strategic sales coaching, planning, and forecasting as determined by leadership.- You will plan and reach the business objectives:- Exceed monthly sales targets/goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation
