We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in either our Marbella, Spain, or Malmö, Sweden office.
You will work alongside a skilled team focused on efficient, organized project execution to drive our company's mission and success.About the Role:As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring effective communication, clear documentation, and seamless execution at every stage.
In this fast-paced environment, you'll coordinate across teams and with external clients to achieve successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external clients.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency and clarity by communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation: Write and maintain high-quality tickets in our project management tool, ClickUp, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and deadlines.Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and regular status updates to keep projects on track.Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project progression.Mandatory Skills:We are looking for someone with experience in project management who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex tasks.
