If you're ready to soar,we're ready to take you there.Why eDreams ODIGEO Join the world's leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest e-commerce businesses in Europe.20 million customers44 markets5 brands5.4M members in Prime16.2 million bookings FY23More than 50,000 bookings per day100 million daily user searches8 Billion ML predictions per dayUp to 1.8 billion daily AI predictions1400 employeesMore than 50 different nationalities99% permanent contracts36.3 average ageWe're a tech company revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight, innovative technology, market leadership, and Prime, the world's first travel subscription program.What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As a Product Manager, you will be in charge of:Jointly with the Product Director, drive the strategy for new and existing products.Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to come up with creative and mutually beneficial solutions to business and consumer problems.Build/Support the creation of business cases to support new initiatives as well as prioritising the road map for the next set of products and feature enhancements.Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the development, implementation and subsequent rollout.Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory.Manage multiple projects and details without losing sight of the 'big picture'.Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, somewhat ambiguous environment.Be able to manage an increasing amount of pressure without passing over to the team and colleagues.Mentor junior product team members in order to increase the collective skill set footprint.What you need to succeed: Here's what you need to succeed:5+ years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting.Ideally some experience in the travel industry.Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing teams.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; experience with financial modelling and statistics is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
