This person will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative digital features that enhance the customer ordering experience and therefore drives business growth.
It involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) domains, UX design, domain marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our product meets the needs of customers while aligning with the overall business strategy.Main responsibilities1.
Product Strategy and Vision, in collaboration with OX domain team:- Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the OX-SD applications that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.- Understand market trends / competitive analysis, and user behaviors to gather insights and inform product direction.- Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance product functionality.2.
Backlog Management:- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects stakeholder and customer priorities.- Contribute to the management & prioritization of new Ideas/Business Requirements from request to delivery.- Conceive detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the development team to ensure clarity and understanding of items.- Drive the regular Functional Analysis of new Ideas/Business Requirements under review and collaborate with the Platform Owner to understand technical compliance, feasibility, and scalability.3
