We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, set to open in Spring 2025.As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily People & Culture operations and functions. Furthermore, you will assist in all administrative and clerical duties.The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for the following:1. To ensure the smooth operations of daily people & culture functions.2. Requires high level interaction with all personnel members.3. To maintain accurate and complete record of personnel movements and compensation & benefits administration.4. To ensure security and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel.5. To support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts as required.6. To assist in organizing colleague engagement activities.7. To support the Learning & Development Manager in training administration.8. To perform any additional duties as assigned by the Manager/Director of People & Culture.As People & Culture Coordinator, we expect from you:1. At least one year experience in People & Culture preferably in luxury hospitality industry.2. Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility.3. Attention to details, self-driven, a team player with good interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.5.
