This role ensures CRM initiatives align with business goals, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth. The Manager plays a key role in fostering operational efficiency, accelerating insights and analytics, and supporting teams in delivering exceptional customer value.Evaluate and develop processes, documentation, and systems to enhance Aidoc's Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with growth targets.Lead the design and implementation of GTM processes, tools, and systems, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth operations as the business scales.Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of key RevOps systems including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and compensation management.Collaborate with key departments (e.G., Finance, HR, Accounting, IT) to manage key business processes including quote to cash efficiency and incentive compensation
