The Marketing Optimization domain within Vista Engineering focuses on delivering marketing intelligence to power engaging, effective and efficient communication with customers.As part of the Marketing Optimization domain, you'll join a cross-functional product team named FOMO (Full-funnel Omnichannel Marketing Optimization), a team that builds data products that jointly provide a complete picture of how marketing is performing. With our team, Vistaprint marketing can make strategy decisions based on accurate, well-rounded marketing performance data that supports not only short term profits, but also long term sustainable profitable growth. Some of our products that are key to the marketing organization include channel attribution, channel reporting, partner data ingestion and Marketing Mix Model.What You Will Do:Tackle sophisticated marketing business problems using data-driven approaches, leveraging your deep technical expertise in SQL and Python to find innovative solutions; Design, develop, and optimize complex data models and dashboards that support analytics requirements whilst ensuring data integrity and consistency; Define and apply software engineering and analytics best practices—such as version control, testing, and data visualization—to analytics code, and promote these within the team and across the domain; Create and maintain associated data documentation and definitionsTake ownership of projects with urgency and resourcefulness, driving them to completion; Collaborate effectively by supporting team members, contributing to operational tickets to prioritize team success, and adapting to achieve common goals; Contribute to aroadmap creating data products our customers love.Your Qualifications:At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
