Your missions If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Spain team - you will be directly reporting to Lara Perez, Sales Manager. The temporary contract is based in Madrid, for a 6-month duration. The primary goal is to assist our Spain Sales Team and Country Manager in managing activities related to the commercial development of DRIVECO in Spain. This opportunity is designed to provide a unique experience at the intersection of Sales functions (50%) and executive support responsibilities (50%), the ideal combo to kickstart your career in a rapidly growing environment!
Sales Support: Own the end-to-end process of developing, launching, and monitoring outbound sales webmailing campaigns and commercial actions.
Assist the Sales team in identifying potential prospects (LinkedIn, phone calls, events).
Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations.
Qualify and engage with prospects, identify their needs and priorities, and present the company's offerings.
Actively participate and support in Sales meetings and client negotiations.
Monitor sales performance indicators and suggest corrective actions if necessary.
Executive Support: Facilitate communication between the Country Manager and various teams (Operations, Marketing, Legal, HR).
Assist in coordinating operational and administrative activities, monitor ongoing actions, and update marketing campaigns (lead qualification).
Conduct analyses and research on specific topics related to EV charging infrastructure to advise the Sales Team and Country Manager's decision-making.
Participate in the preparation of strategic documents and presentations for management committees.
Assist the sales manager in managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
