We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.Responsabilidades principalesWhat are we looking for?You'll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we're open to any degree discipline, you'll need to be business minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding.Alongside this, you'll also haveA keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator,able to collaborate with people from across the world.Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of data.Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.These roles are based in Barcelona. You'll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance
