Events Marketing Manager (6 weeks contract)As an Events Marketing Manager (fixed term contract) at Roboyo, you'll be involved in the strategic planning and executing our flagship event, All Eyes on Automation, ensuring a seamless experience for delegates, speakers, partners, and staff. You'll oversee all aspects of the event, from content development to logistics and supplier management, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you'll be required to attend the event in Berlin in November and provide on-site support.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Event Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for All Eyes on Automation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all.Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content, including presentations from our speakers, aligned with the theme of the event.Logistics and Supplier Management: Manage all logistical aspects of the event, including venue management, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, speakers, and internal departments.On-Site Support: Provide on-site support at the event in Berlin ensuring the smooth execution of all event activities and addressing any issues that may arise.Post-Event Analysis: Analyze event performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning.RequirementsExperience and SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in event management.Proven track record of planning and executing successful events of various sizes and complexity.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Experience in the B2B technology or automation industry.Proficiency in CRM and WordPress CMS.Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.Creativity in crafting events.Fluency in multiple languages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
