I provide clear and crisp insights for our Feature Teams and steer them towards optimal solutions based on real-world data to develop the next era of digitally enhanced travelling.What I'll do:Design, develop and maintain data collection architecture, reports, metrics and analyses for different teams.Collect and analyze various types of data, seeking patterns and trends to drive digital acceleration and enhance customer experience.Utilize big data and business intelligence technologies to shape and drive key business decisions.Make analysis results accessible by building and providing dashboards and reports based on business needs.Closely align with business and management teams to assess business needs.Collaborate with product teams to identify possibilities for improvement and adaptations regarding their digital products.Troubleshoot upcoming errors and problems regarding data pipelines, databases and reports.Present, negotiate and discuss findings constructively with various business and management partners while keeping business needs in mind.Work pragmatically and support the team to deliver high-quality solutions with speed.Work in an international environment with a diverse team.What I'll need:At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst.Experience in Customer Relationship Management (scope: Sales, Service and Marketing).Previous experience with CRM Tools (e.G. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel, Salesforce).Knowledge of data analytics concepts and implementation.Knowledge of databases (e.G., SQL, NoSQL).Knowledge of reporting tools (e.G., Tableau and Power BI).Ability to analyze big data sets to enable product teams and sales to make decisions.Drive the output of teams by creating actionable insights and reporting.Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.Knowledge of software-development processes, dependencies and digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R, Scala (e.G., with Apache Spark) is a plus.Ambition to master and not be intimidated by unstructured data and large datasets.Willingness to expand comfort zone.Very good command of the English language.Who I am:Self-starter – I don't wait for others to get started; my self-driven attitudeis my natural energy booster
