It is split into 4 main departments – Security Delivery, Operations, BD and Capabilities.The Delivery unit is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of TEKEVER's security contracts, working closely with customers, industry partners, and colleagues across TEKEVER to ensure success.As a Delivery Manager you will oversee the delivery of major projects within TEKEVER Security,working closely across a range of customers from government entities to private industry.
You will be the driving force of your projects, coordinating and cohering activity across the wider TEKEVER group in advance of the project objectives.You will manage the project's schedule, battle-rhythm, finances, risks, and resources, delegating where necessary.
Being comfortable leading a cross-functional team will be critical to your success.
You will be a strong planner and innovative thinker, designing new and exciting methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of world leading capabilities.
You will also lead customer communication working closely with procurement organisations and end users to ensure TEKEVER not only delivers on its contractual obligations, but meets ambitious capability expectations.This is not a traditional project management role; you will be given a high degree of trust and autonomy – in exchange you will be expected to thrive off your own initiative, pro-actively problem solving issues and driving a culture of exceeding customer expectations.The successful applicant will have an exceptional track record of delivery with strong evidence of your ability to solve complex problems under tight timelines.
