We love to find team members that challenge and question the features they are working on.What will you do?Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.What are we looking for?Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in financial technology industry
