We strive for autonomous and independent ways of working.Diversity: no day is the same and there is never a dull moment.Growth opportunities, both locally and globally.What will you be doing?Work closely with the Company CEO to execute on the company vision, strategic and business plan.Champion and ensure alignment with culture and values in all people and processes.Help coordinate the Leadership team (8 people).Ensure integration of Business units and city offices overseeing operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.Identify and address issues or obstacles hindering team performance, providing guidance and support to eliminate them effectively.Manage and oversee processes for recruiting, developing key people as well as the company-wide pay and perks council and framework.Cost controlling in line with the business plan, budget, and company growth and profitability goals.Implement the management and operating system, ensuring goal alignment and achievement across 3 organizational levels (Leadership Team, Business Units, City Offices) and manage performance and accountability.Ensure company-wide alignment through communication channels (Notion) and company events (Leadership Team, Tech events, and City Office events).Manage company key initiatives, core processes and track core KPI metrics and implement strategies and countermeasure efforts to ensure reach
