Barcelona, ESLocation: Barcelona1-year temporary contract – dedicated for young talentIt is mandatory to have graduated less than 3 years ago to be able to take part in the graduate programMission:Reporting to the Digital Media Manager for Carolina Herrera, the digital graduate will have a role of support to the management of Digital Marketing projects including but not limited to:* Digital Media* Social MediaFunctions and Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal departments (Product development, Communication or Operational Marketing) to ensure delivery of assets, materials or insights needed for the proper execution of digital marketing projectsCommunicate with Digital Media agencies to ensure delivery of media plans, optimization of campaigns and consolidation of media reportsBrief and management of Creative agencies to deliver creative assets according to pre-defined strategyOversee other suppliers that might need to be involved for specific projects (3D, AR...)Support in the development of international media guidelines and creative assets to launch new beauty products across all Puig marketsAssemble clear white papers to present the above guidelines and assets to the Puig's subsidiaries for go-to-market implementationKeep updated the internal Asset Management platformsLiaise with Puig's local subsidiaries, our main internal client, to guarantee proper implementation of international guidelines.Attend to the requests of Puig's subsidiaries and adapt or create new materials that fulfill local needsTrack the performance of the subsidiaries' online activations and prepare monitoring reportsAssist in the definition of social media strategies for our international platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)Manage daily tasks for social media (content scheduling, community management)Analyze social media data and create comprehensive reports to obtain learnings and help define future strategiesExperience: 6 months to 2 years of experienceEducation: Communication background (Advertising, Marketing, Design)Languages: English and Spanish are a mustCompetencies: Agile, Proactive, Organized, Attentive to detail and Easy-going
