This role will be part of the marketing organization at Alpega.WHO ARE WEThe Alpega Group is a fast-growing, leading software company that offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end and enable our customers to achieve greener transportation processes, with 35+ years in the business.As a Campaign Manager in our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and retention of customers for our Carrier subscription-based SaaS business. With a focus on rapid sales velocity, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that move prospects through the funnel quickly, converting inbound leads into loyal customers within an average of 1-2-week sales cycle.ABOUT THE ROLE1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to attract, engage, and convert inbound leads efficiently. Leverage data-driven insights to craft compelling messaging and optimize channels for maximum impact.2. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Create automated workflows and personalized touchpoints that nurture leads through the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on accelerating the time from initial interest to conversion within our 1-2-week target.3. Retention & Upsell Initiatives: Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to design campaigns that enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and value.4. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value. Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns to drive improved outcomes.5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to customer acquisition and retention.6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviours to proactively identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in our campaigns.WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years working on high velocity campaigns.- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a SaaS environment with a focus on quick sales cycles.- Strong command of the English language.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
