We are currently seeking a BMS Project Engineer to join our engineering team in Madrid.
Your main missions are:- Develop BMS system designs, including architecture, control strategies, and system integration for HVAC, lighting, and energy management.- Prepare Technical Specifications.- Collaborate with project managers, MEP designers, and contractors to ensure system functionality and integration.- Propose innovative and energy-efficient control solutions tailored to project needs.- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.You hold an engineering degree specializing in industrial automation, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
Advanced understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential.With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork.
Your communication, problem-solving skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
