Join us as an Associate - Campaign Operator in our Enabling business area. In this role, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor campaigns using the Adobe Campaign tool/Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will interface with Omnichannel Specialist to clarify requirements, and ensure the campaign is built to meet business outcomes. You will also collaborate regularly with various teams to ensure all tasks related to a campaign are thoroughly thought through during the campaign life cycle.Accountabilities:As an Associate - Campaign Operator, you will handle all marketing campaigns for the US region. You will follow the Business requirements to perform day-to-day marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and multifaceted content-driven campaigns. You will also design and develop adaptable HTML templates following AstraZeneca standards & guidelines. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues related to Campaign build, HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution and Post-deployment activities.Essential Skills/Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in campaign development using Adobe Campaign tool or Salesforce or any similar Marketing Automation tools.Minimum of 1 year experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Experience in building campaign logic using any Digital Marketing tools.Experience in Jira, Confluence, and any other Project Management ToolsReasonable knowledge of Agile methodology / Agile ways of working.Experience in crafting a customer journey to have a better experienceSolid understanding of MS Office ApplicationsExcellent communication skills in both verbal and written (English)Basic HTML, CSS, and scripting languagesCollaborative, flexible, and a Team playerDesirable Skills/Experience:Experience in handling digital marketing channels – Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Paid Media, Social media, etcUnderstanding Omnichannel Channel CampaignsKnowledge of Email Authentication toolsCollaborator ManagementExperience in Database ManagementExperience with marketing customer data modelsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
