About the position: The Account Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, delivery and optimization of a diverse set of existing customers for online advertising campaigns, signed by the Strategic Partnership Manager team.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager team in order to drive results to the client while maximizing revenue for Softonic.
Key responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the implementation of campaigns, monitor success and address potential risks.Manage client expectations and satisfaction by asking the right questions and addressing concerns promptly.Track and analyze sales metrics for each campaign, assisting the Strategic Partnership Manager team in meeting sales objectives.Work with existing clients to identify opportunities for revenue growth and support the Strategic Partnership Manager in maximizing these opportunities.Evaluate Softonic inventory opportunities and collaborate with the Strategic Partnership Manager on retention and up-selling strategies.Gather necessary assets from clients and ensure they are processed and submitted to the Ad Operations team according to internal procedures.Maintain alignment with the Ad Ops team, effectively communicating any updates, changes, or optimizations required to ensure the campaign meets performance expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Catalog and Compliance, Editorial, and Sales Ops to ensure seamless campaign execution.Prepare end-of-campaign presentations, identify renewal opportunities, and present them to the Strategic Partnership Manager and clients.
