The API Delivery Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of API services and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of API technologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage API delivery projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define API requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for all API delivery-related queries and updates. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment. Technical Oversight Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams. Ensure that API designs meet architectural standards and business requirements. Monitor and manage the performance, scalability, and reliability of API services. Quality Assurance Liaise with QA teams to resolve defects and enhance API performance. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements in API delivery. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in API technologies. Promote best practices and industry standards within the team. Qualifications Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in API management and delivery.
Technical Skills Proficiency in API design and development using REST, SOAP, and other protocols. Strong understanding of microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Project Management Skills Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
