Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for purchasing admin activities related to subcontractors, key components, and service providers for PV and Wind projects.
You will support the qualification processes of external entities such as subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
You will conduct financial-risk analysis, and create working procedures in collaboration with the relevant teams/departments to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
You will assist in budget forecasting and allocation, management of purchase orders and invoices, and tracking and monitoring of the correct budget fulfillment.
You will support in contract negotiations for related matters.
