Lear Corporation is an American company that manufactures automotive seating and automotive electrical systems.In 2019, it ranked #147 and in 2018, it ranked #148 on the Fortune 500 list.Responsibilities: New beginnings test the industrialization of introducing new technologies into production.Develop and optimize test coverage, reduce test time and false calls, optimize test efficiency, and support operations to solve test problems as needed.Support innovation and ensure technological development of processes and production equipment, implement innovative projects with new concepts in line with the Factory 4.0 strategy.Train the team on new procedures in the production process.Requirements: Mechanical Engineering graduate (industrial electronics or telecommunications preferred).Programming skills.Hardware knowledge.Problem-solving skills, proactive personality, initiative.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
