FuncionesWe're hiring a distribution logistic specialist role to follow up shipments from HQ Warehouse to final customers. This role will interface between Local Customer Service and carriers.
DescriptionTo follow up deliveries.To organize and coordinate direct transport with carriers and HQ Warehouse.To follow up direct shipments to ensure service to the final customers.To communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers' complaints.To analyze logistics incidences and take action with carriers to reduce delivery issues.To carry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specific countries.To review POD (Proof of Delivery) date to ensure proper invoicing.To monitor returns by being in contact with Local Customer Service and carrier.ProfileAvailability to start the contract.
Experience: 1-2 years in Logistics or Operations.
Languages: Spanish and English bilingual or full professional.Specific Knowledge RequiredOrder To Cash processesWarehouse and logistics processesAdvanced Excel/SAPJob OfferTemporal contract with Confidential for half a year.
RequisitosAvailability to start the contract.
