LINCBIOTECH is looking for a skilled and highly motivated antibody engineer to join its team of targeted protein degraders development.
The candidate must have the necessary skills to design monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies and ADCs against proteins of interest, as well as know and master the tools and methods to carry out their development.
This position will require the identification and monitoring of key suppliers, as well as scientific management of research lines focused on the development of extracellular degraders and external collaborators.
Requirements: - Background in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, immunology or biotechnology.
- +2 years of experience in antibody development, including bispecific antibodies and ADCs.
- Experience in peptide-antibody, antibody-small molecule bioconjugation techniques.
- Hands-on experience on site-specific conjugation techniques.
- Linker and payload optimization experience.
- Experience in traditional and emerging antibody discovery techniques, such as display technologies (phage, bacterial, yeast, etc.)
or in silico discovery and generation with machine learning (ML).
- Experience in efficient cloning processes and enhanced protein expression systems.
- Knowledge of protein purification (IEX, SEC, etc.
), affinity determination techniques (SPR, ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.)
and biophysical characterization of antibodies, bispecific antibodies and ADCs.
Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques, such as western blot, qPCR, PCR, fluorescence microscopy, etc.
Desired skills: - Experience in engineering antibodies with improved properties (e.g., affinity, solubility, and other attributes related to developability) - PhD in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of antibody-design AI-driven approaches will be valuable.
- Minimum English level of B2.
