Job Description Club Coordinator Club Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth and successful performance of the overall team that comprises kids and teen club animators as well as adult animation team. The person in charge of the team will be the single point of contact of Froggies with the Hotel, therefore he/ she should be a proactive and collaborative person in order to ensure that the service is completed with excellence. Some of the tasks include (not only): 1. Team Management: preparation of schedules (monthly), organization of activities, weekly debrief with the team, preparation of materials, inventory and other administrative tasks. 2. Preparation of service reports (both internal and external to the client) 3. Participation of coordination meetings with Hotel management in order to ensure alignment of the service with the hotel needs (Depending on the time of the year) 4. Be the single point of contact with Froggies Director of the region. What we offer?
