The Global Expansion tribe is a cross-functional team of 40+ talented people that owns the process of bringing SumUp to new markets. The Expansion Platform & Experiences (EP&E) is one of the squads in the tribe with the mission of accelerating SumUp's success by reducing time to market and adapting our products to provide our merchants the right experiences within their local context.The SumUp app is one of the primary tools used by our merchants. When we enter a new region, we contribute with other teams implementing new features, updating translations, adapting user interfaces and preparing the app to run on different types of devices.We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer to contribute to the Expansion Platform & Experiences squad in this mission. You will work primarily on the Android platform as a mobile engineer, adding new features and making our app run smoothly on devices with custom Android builds. We will also help you ramp-up in your iOS skills, collaborating with other teams with code reviews, architecture discussion and with the implementation of small features.
