Ancillary Manager

Job Summary:Responsible for executing and delivering the ancillary revenue streams strategy aligned with Arajet's strategic goals by managing alternative revenue opportunities, taking into consideration the entire portfolio of services and products offered, to maximize the income per passenger and enhance customers' experience.Job Context:The Ancillary Manager plays a crucial role in the strategic implementation of new prospect partnerships to increase revenue through ancillary products and services, and management of existing partnerships.The jobholder works closely with other parts of Arajet by leading partnership projects that ensure key business and strategic considerations are included in decision making.The role plays a key role in developing and maintaining best-in-class customer experience strategies to deliver against the assigned goals.The jobholder needs to be structured, big-picture thinker who understands key points of leverage on given projects with a focus on delivery by working with and through others to achieve outcomes (strategy, finance, sales and marketing, etc.).The role operates within the broad framework of Arajet's policies but has a degree of freedom (within approved budget limits) in driving ancillary revenue processes internally and in implementation of new ones.Key decisions having significant impact on the function are referred to the VP Ancillary Income and Business Development for approval before implementation.The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by Arajet management and stipulated in the authority matrix.
