We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts and drive impactful, data-driven solutions within our organization. This role requires a professional with a strong background in data analysis, credit risk management, and a passion for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.Be a hands-on leader that can act as a role model for the team members.Collect and analyse data from various sources, including internal systems and Credit Bureaus, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Collaborate with other analytical teams across the European organization.Analyse and make recommendations that help the development of credit policy, scorecards, and limit management strategies for credit cards.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.Develop and maintain statistical models (e.g., scorecards) for credit risk area.Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics or a Data Science field.Experience in the banking sector, especially in consumer finance credit risk area.Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Proficiency in data modelling methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.Experience in predictive modelling using logistic regression is required.Excellent knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.Fluent English to collaborate with colleagues from other countries.Practical knowledge from the Spanish or Italian markets will be a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Algorithmic and creative approach to solving problems.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Please upload your updated CV in English.
