At Externalia, a company of the leading Field Marketing group Advantage Smollan, we are looking for an Analytics Manager to join our central office team and become part of the Advantage Smollan Group.What you will do as an Analytics Manager: Driving Growth: Build strong client relationships, delivering advanced analytics tools that unlock revenue potential and drive mutual success.Leading Innovation: Spearhead multiple analytics projects, creating impactful solutions that align with business needs and market trends.Optimising Performance: Develop models, tools, and dashboards that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.Business Intelligence and Reporting: Lead the design inputs for the requirements in Global and Regional reporting and dashboards.Collaborating Globally: Align analytics strategies across European markets, working closely with key stakeholders and partners.Leadership: Lead and manage a team, driving the professional development of team members through both direct and indirect support.Travel: visit the different European markets as required.What we are looking for: Highly effective planning, communication and motivational skills.Understanding of the Field Marketing operations, client industries, including market trends and competitive landscape.Strong commercial understanding of both revenue generation and cost management.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a team of analysts or data scientists.Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.Client centric thinking with experience of delivering commercial insight to drive revenue for our clients through leveraging Data and technology to identify and unlock revenue growth.Proficient in: Power BI, Alteryx, Pyramid Analytics, Azure Synaptics Analytics.What we offer you: A dynamic, collaborative, and constantly growing environment.Full-time position with hybrid work model.Work in an international environment.
