Oversee Risk Governance activities and support the organization of Risk Committees, preparing action plans and tracking follow-up activities; Coordinate and enhance Risk Reporting, developing scorecards, dashboards, and senior leader presentations; Engage in strategic Risk Projects, participating actively in the planning, coordination and execution of the workstreams; Monitor and enhance theRisk Appetite Framework accross all sources of Risk (both financial and non-financial); Identify risk metrics (e.G.Key Risk Indicators) to continuously monitor and oversee risk levels; Conduct quantitative analysis and data driven reviews of key processes to drive insights, challenges and recommendations for first line teams.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Legal or similar field of study; 3 to 5 years of experience in a control function (e.G
