OverviewIE University is seeking an Analyst - Quality, Accreditations & Rankings to support the Accreditations and Rankings Department.
In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance data collection processes and perform in-depth analysis of the data, making strategic recommendations to the Head of Quality, Accreditations, and Rankings.
You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives by interpreting complex data sets and synthesizing insights across various accreditation criteria, rankings results, market trends, and the institution's resources.

Data management and process improvement: Oversee comprehensive data management across all unit processes, continuously refining data gathering methods.Collect and consolidate data for accreditation bodies, including:Student censuses: enrollments, graduates, diversity metrics.Faculty censuses: internal and adjunct faculty qualifications, research, and diversity.Design and implement improved data collection protocols that align with accreditation and ranking standards, focusing on data accuracy.Enhance data visualization tools, enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data autonomously.Develop dashboards and tools to monitor the implementation of continuous improvement projects.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GDPR practices in higher education and ensure compliance.Data analysis and strategic insights: Conduct advanced data analysis to support decision-making, connecting multiple factors such as accreditation criteria, ranking performance, market trends, and institutional resources.Analyze benchmarks and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic planning, presenting data-driven insights to key stakeholders.Propose improvements based on data interpretation, supporting their implementation and monitoring outcomes.Serve as a key resource in accreditation and rankings processes by interpreting data in ways that support strategic accreditation goals.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, synthesizing information from multiple sources to inform strategic recommendations.Strong experience in designing and managing data collection processes to support reporting and decision-making.Proven expertise in data visualization, including proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
A Master's degree is preferred.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish.Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
