As a senior data analyst, you will take regional accountability of the product data creation process, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives from a data perspective. This role offers the chance to build a long-term career with global knowledge and opportunities in our fast-paced, growing environment.Accountabilities:As an Analyst (Product data lifecycle), you will manage and be accountable for Material master data across different SAP/Non-SAP systems for product data creation process. You will display a strong understanding of business processes and align your activities with defined global and regional standards. You will also be part of business projects involving product master data and ensure timely setup by coordinating and mentoring relevant stakeholders. Your role will also involve initiating, sustaining and successfully accomplishing process improvement activities within the defined scope of work.Essential Skills/Experience:Good team player with strong faith in teamwork and collective responsibility.Good written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Observant for detail and a willingness to understand and appreciate the work content from a process perspective.Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.Should be willing to take up ownership of different pieces of work within the scope of work defined.Must be analytical, disciplined and should be able to independently handle work with minimum supervision.A workwise exposure to any other functional area of SCM in addition to Master data management would be an advantage.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management4-8 years of relevant work experience.Hands on knowledge of SAP ERP (material master management) is a must & knowledge of SAP APO would be desirable.Exposure to working on SAP MDG would also be a definite plus though not a mandatory requirement.Prior experience as a Business analyst/Functional analyst/Process expert will be a plus.Hands on knowledge on Microsoft office suite like Spreadsheet, Word, etc. would be a basic requirement.Good understanding and appreciation of business processes.Any experience/certification in Continues improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) would also be considered as a plus.Should be willing to work in flexible timings.Desirable Skills/Experience:NAWhy AstraZeneca?At AstraZeneca, we are driven by our commitment to deliver accelerated growth and to make people's lives better.
