We are looking for an analyst to join our Client Support Team within our Investor Relations department (Madrid Office)!
Job Description: Main FunctionsManagement and maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) including meeting minutes, updating of existing and potential investor information.Preparation of documents related to fundraising developments.Update of investors' investment opportunities in CRM.Collaboration in the editing and preparation of materials related to funds in marketing period.Preparation of ad-hoc presentations to investors, including cash-flow estimates and update of funds in portfolio.Review and preparation of distribution lists for sending communications related to events, webinars, Annual Meeting, etc.Elaboration of Due Diligence Questionnaires and follow-up of subsequent requests.Management of investor onboarding processes in our Spanish and Luxembourg vehicles.Updating of information about the firm for various industry reference databases.Support to the Compliance team in relation to the regular update of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) files and sending of various communications.Preparation of materials for Roadshows with Private Banking Clients.Coordinate quarterly information packages with different Departments (Operations, Investments, Portfolio Analytics).Minimum Requirements1-2 year experience in financial firms.Knowledge and/or previous experience in private markets will be a differentiator asset.Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail.Communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, agility in learning and flexibility.
Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).Fluent conversational and written English is essential as it will be used in the day-to-day.Good academic record.Immediate availability and able to join full-time.
