As an Analyst Information Security Governance - Auditing (IAM) (M/F/d), you will work in a team responsible for reaching a state of continuous compliance by partnering and engaging with our technology, business, and brand teams to adhere to policies, reduce security risks, and maintain compliance. Part of your overall duties is to establish, maintain, and advance the IAM governance framework.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Define standards for Identity & Access Management Governance processes & controls ensuring quality & effectiveness.Analyze business requirements to contribute to the development of policies, standards & guidelines.Perform internal assessments.Identify and support/follow up on non-compliance use cases.Actively discover further security controls, including the evaluation of potential access security risks and conflicts.As a member of the adidas Infosec team, you actively contribute and collaborate in effectiveness between Information Security and other stakeholders (Tech departments, HR, Auditors, Internal Controls, Compliance & Risk Management).Support the Identity & Access Management Governance process lead in operational and service improvement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Four-year college or university degree with a focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 3 years of experience in IT, including 1+ year of experience in Identity & Access Management, or IT Compliance, Risk, and Security.Proficient spoken and written command of English.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good team player and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Eager to never stop learning.Ideally, experience in IT Auditing and/or Internal Controls.Information security controls implementation knowledge based on recognized industry standards or best practices (e.g., Center for Internet Security controls framework, ISO 27022, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, etc.).Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions awareness.Confluence, Jira & Power BI knowledge.Nice to have knowledge in Identity & Access Management tools (Azure Active Directory, Sailpoint).Comfortable working in an area that can still be shaped.Experience & preference to work in a global, diverse, and inclusive organization.
