Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintaining a high level of quality in the services provided.
Project Management: Plan and execute workplace-related projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees on issues related to Workplace-related services.
Monitor and analyze key metrics related to Workplace services, reporting regularly to senior management and proposing data-driven improvements.
