Job Description: Responsibilities: Service Management: Supervise and coordinate all aspects related to Workplace services (platform, Sdesk, etc.). Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintaining a high level of quality in the services provided. Project Management: Plan and execute workplace related projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades. Employee Support: Acting as a point of contact for employees on issues related to Workplace-related services. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyse key metrics related to Workplace services, reporting regularly to senior management and proposing data-driven improvements.
