Job Purpose: As an Analyst I, Audit & Compliance, you will participate in the enhancement of internal operations by bringing a systematic and structured auditing process aimed at determining the effectiveness of risk management, standard workflow, and governance compliance.
You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls established to mitigate identified risks through scheduled testing.
What Will You Do? Develop, document, and implement quality processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the business (ISO 9001).Ensure successful internal and external audits are completed.Support all departments on quality strategy to deliver quality products to the customer.Provide coaching and guidance on Quality 'best practices'.Identify and analyze defects/test results/KPIs and deduce root cause events leading to a failure.Monitor quality metrics in real-time to mitigate issues based on trends and past experience.What Do You Need to Know? Experience creating high-quality dashboards and reporting.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Dedicated to meeting expectations/requirements of internal and external customers.Sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps; develops schedules and implementation plans.
