.What are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced Fund Selection Analyst to join our headquarters office based in Barcelona. Your main goal will be supporting development and implementation of the strategy for Zurich's unit-linked business in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for a self-starter who combines analytical thoroughness with strategic thinking and willingness to develop and grow.Your day to day will be the following:Support development and implementation of the unit-linked investment strategy in close collaboration with Asset & Investment Management team and Group stakeholders.Drive design and implementation of the fund selection minimum standards, buy-lists and other key elements of the UL central team approach.Support development of the ESG integration approach for unit-linked assets in close collaboration with UL central team.Ensure SFDR regulatory requirements compliance.Conduct research and due diligence on funds in all asset classes, including alternative investments.Actively manage existing fund of funds portfolios. Oversight of existing funds/ETFs performance with the goal to outperform the reference benchmark of the product in different market environments.Conduct and document relevant fund selection and ESG analyses in retail fund universe.Proactively identify and drive implementation of product opportunities in the ESG space.
