Profile with knowledge in technologies and architectures of Data Warehousing , Business Intelligence , Big Data and the associated business concepts of BBVA's data ecosystems, focusing on profitability and capital data.
About the job:
Technical analyst for the maintenance, transformation, and evolution of projects on the CIB data platforms, identifying problems and devising innovative solutions using best practices and available technologies, participating in the execution of strategic plans.
Technical analyst for data processing in projects related to the CIB Information Platform Datamarts, including:
Definition and validation of Business Glossary and Data Dictionary.
Definition and validation of logical and physical models.
Definition and implementation of data quality rules.
Definition and development of the data lifecycle, from its origin, processing, and consumption.
Contribution to data ingestion and processing projects on the ADA platform, from internal (Host, Teradata, legacy systems, logs, distributed sources, etc.) or external origins, both in batch and streaming:
Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, interacting with senior profiles from various Engineering areas (Tech Leads, Architecture, Security), business, and efficiency areas of CIB.
Manage and supervise teams of internal and external resources, overseeing developments and ingestions performed.
Ensure and guarantee deliverables within deadlines and quality, compliance with architectural solution models, security requirements, and maximizing component reuse.
Interact with the different teams involved in the Data Hub and other projects, ensuring compliance with the development standards defined within the ONE framework.

Requirements:
Degree in computer engineering, engineering (e.g., telecommunications), mathematics, or similar.
2 years or more of experience participating in end-to-end projects with frequent interaction with Architecture and Security teams. Experience in ETL Data, Business Intelligence, or Reporting projects is valuable.
Previous experience in BBVA data platforms and/or functional and technical knowledge of the CIB area is desirable.
Knowledge of web development is recommended.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for the efficient and synchronized execution of projects.
Analytical skills and ability to work in a team, results-oriented, initiative, autonomy, and innovation.
Adaptability to changing objectives and working methods.
Intermediate to high level of English (B2 or higher).
