Role Purpose: The purpose of the role is to conduct data analysis and operational activities for the carrier billing team. The role requires basic knowledge of billing systems (Kenan and IOA) and a logical mindset to identify improvement items and enhance effectiveness through automation and process improvements. Close cooperation with stakeholders like Finance, IT, and Sales is essential.Key Accountabilities: Ensure accurate and timely updates of reference data configuration in the Interconnect system, including Trunks, Switch, and Network Operator setup.Ensure accurate and timely updates of tariffs into the Interconnect system.Handle customer invoicing and supplier invoice reconciliation.Analyze data correctly as required.Analyze error/suspense CDRs and provide timely resolutions.Prepare reports and graphs as needed.Understand Customer and Supplier concepts and their handling in the systems.Adhere to SLA and KPIs, and reporting.Propose innovative ideas for effort reduction and process improvements.Skills and Experience: 1+ years of experience in Telecom billing operations and process improvements.Basic understanding of Interconnect billing systems.Good knowledge of SQL.Good knowledge of MS Excel.Basic understanding of Python.Hands-on experience in Data Analysis.Experience in Telecom Billing processes like Supplier Invoice Reconciliation, Tariff Management, Customer Invoicing, and Suspense Analysis.Ability to work with Excel/advanced Excel for generating internal reports, managing productivity, and performing analysis for stakeholder groups.Behaviours: Excellent communication and listening skills to clearly communicate, influence, and understand requirements without ambiguity.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Personal focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Excellent interpersonal skills; able to coordinate effectively within a virtual team spread across different locations in India and Europe.Ability to critically analyze situations from various perspectives.Ability to understand highly complex processes and conceptualize them.Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills and a focus on success.Displays a high level of initiative and works proactively.Benefits: In addition to offering competitive salaries and incentive plans, a range of benefits and local rewards packages are provided to staff.
