As part of the BMP Methodology and Performance Steering team, you will support in the housekeeping of current Confluence spaces and administer a harmonized documentation store.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsures a standard structure and harmonized content in Confluence spaces.Maintain methodology and process documentation.Define and create templates for different types of documentation.Manage permissions in Confluence spaces.Support ad hoc requests, which include creating event bookings, scheduling meetings, and recordings.Document and track execution of decisions by the team or managers.Support audits with the necessary documentation.SkillsStrong communication skills in English (both speaking and in writing).Prepared to work with remote teams in a global/multicultural environment.Minimum Bachelor's degree in an economic or IT area.Highly motivated team player and good at managing conflicts and priorities.Strong analytical thinking to break down issues or decisions into manageable pieces.Knowledge and experience in Confluence and Agile methodologies is a plus.What We Offer6 Months internship in a part-time schedule Monday to Friday 9.00-14.00.
