If you are able to make smart decisions and display determination to succeed against all odds, then this could be the opportunity for you.What your day would be like:Responsible for supporting the Banking Management team, GDC, in execution of the Banking Management Process according to the Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Update Banking Management database in terms of: IATA bank account details, bank contact details, signatories and documentation/agreements.Responsible for collecting and preparing supporting documents for all banking processes in the region (new bank accounts, signatories update, etc.).Provide banking management support to other departments within IATA (Quality, Remittance and Settlement, Finance, Agency Participation, Customer Service, etc.).Support the Banking Management team, GDC, in solving operational issues related to banking management.We would love to hear from you if you have:A University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.Proven experience in the areas described above.Attention to detail, with strong reporting and documentation skills.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experience in a multicultural working environment and are an active team player.Ability to work with little supervision and maintain focus under pressure.Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.Participation in different projects and initiatives in a Banking Environment would be an asset.Travel Required: NDiversity and Inclusion are one of our key priorities and we want to role model it.
