In this role you'll provide support to investments team for asset management of portfolio and acquisition of new assets.What we are looking for:Assist Asset Management team in the preparation of annual business plans and execution.Accountable for maintaining close relationship with the appointed PM/local operator: meet frequently, discuss key activity, understand both quantitative and qualitative data, support the AM in the routine management and supervise and report on agreed important metrics.Manage provision of all necessary data for management purposes, including ESG & CREEM.Assist in management of the liquidity for the development and CAPEX projects: monthly drawdowns of equity/ external debt/ reconciliation of budget vs actual spent.Supporting the transaction team with the analysis of potential investment opportunities across the whole process chain.Helping in preparing the investment memorandum to be presented to the Investment Committee members.Assisting members of the local team during due diligence process and coordinate third party consultants; reviewing of due diligence reports and analysis of impact of findings.What you can bring:First experience in real estate business.
