Analyst – Asset Management Real Estate

Job Description: Main Functions

Involvement in the structuring of new Direct Investment Platforms.
Participation in the listing process of Direct Investment Platforms.
Participation in the financing and refinancing process of Direct Investment Platforms.
Management and monitoring of Direct Investment Platforms.
Monitoring the evolution of the Platforms and compliance with business plans.
Monitoring of the treasury of the Direct Investment Platforms.
Review of Financial Statements, preparation of budgets and business plans, coordination with auditors, banks and advisors.
Preparation and participation in Boards of Directors.
Preparation of quarterly reports.
Monitoring and control of regulatory obligations (CNMV, listed market, etc.).
Tracking and monitoring of the Funds (treasury, portfolio evolution, valuations).

Candidate Profile

2 years experience in auditing firms (preferably Big4), financial sector entities or management consulting firms.
Autonomous, fast, and efficient person with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
Analytical capacity.
Planning and organization skills.
High attention to detail.
Capacity for teamwork.
Communication and presentation skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word…).
Essential proficiency level of English.
Excellent academic record.
