Job Description
Systems & Tools Leading the administrator role in our procurement tools (Sievo, Workday, Dashboards, etc.), to maintain and enrich current and future functionalities (in-house and/or in coordination with software providers) providing full support to end-users, while actively participating in the coordination and alignment with other functions, especially Finance.
Reporting & Support: To produce, monitor and update relevant KPI´s within the function (such as Savings, Payment Terms, Negotiations, Suppliers, and Sustainability among others), improving user experience through training and corrective measures.
To maintain all reporting dashboards and create new ones when needed.
To ensure data consistency and perform initiatives on data quality improvement and efficiency.
To propose and implement new features and improvements in current reporting tools, while enriching the reporting portal.
To maintain and enrich our contract management tool (request portal & incidences management).
To deliver ad-hoc specific projects to increase efficiency aligned with our strategy.
To support ESG projects (Carbon Emissions) in the development of a hybrid-calculation method, in coordination with Global Sustainability.
To coordinate with Internal Procurement Communications area to maintain and enrich related materials.
To support the team on other related tasks when needed.
Qualifications Bachelor´s degree in a relevant discipline (Data science, data analysis, economics, finance) or equivalent experience.
Fully fluent in English (C1 at least) and comfortable with working within a completely international environment.
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of tools for data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, click view etc.).
Open-minded, hands-on, proactive, curious, out-of-the-box mindset.
Systematic with strong work organization, time management and team spirit.
High attention to detail and customer-oriented.
Good communication skills and ability to train others.
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is an advantage.
Open to embrace changes with a positive attitude, willing to propose initiatives and collaborate with others.
Experience in procurement and real estate environments is an advantage but not essential.
