Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Analog ASIC Engineer to join our team of experts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of high-performance analog integrated circuits (ICs) and systems.
You will work closely with both our internal teams and external business partners' R&D departments to develop custom solutions tailored to specific project needs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Analog ASICs , from concept through to silicon validation.
Work on a variety of analog design tasks such as signal conditioning, power management, data conversion, and other analog-centric IC functionalities.
Collaborate with digital designers to integrate analog and mixed-signal IPs into a System-on-Chip (SoC).
Perform circuit-level simulations and design verification to ensure high-performance and functionality.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the design process.
Interface with cross-functional teams to define ASIC specifications based on customer requirements.
Oversee silicon validation, characterization, and debug post-silicon.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in analog ASIC design.
Expertise in designing power management circuits, data converters (ADC/DAC), and signal conditioning circuits .
Proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics for circuit design and simulation.
Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals, including noise analysis, stability, and matching.
Solid knowledge of CMOS/BiCMOS fabrication processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.
Nice to Have: Experience with RF or high-frequency analog design.
Experience with tape-out and mass production.
Knowledge of reliability and testing procedures for analog ICs.
