Cooltra is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Tech department at Headquarters in Barcelona.About The Role:The Product Manager is accountable for ensuring the solution is valuable (our customers choose to use), viable (the solution works within the many constraints of the business), usable (the user can figure out how to use), and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement).About The Team:We believe in a model based on cross-functional teams focused on and measured by outcomes (not outputs) and empowered to figure out the best way to solve our users' problems. We embrace the principles defined in Lean, Agile, and Extreme programming methodologies. These serve as the foundation for our reasoning and practices. We value early and continuous release of new features through different delivery strategies, in the pursuit of short feedback loops, learning, and improvement. Practices like Design Sprints, Prototypes, Spikes, outside-in testing, Pair programming, Continuous Deployment, and A/B testing among others, are part of our daily tools.What you will do:You will consolidate and evolve the product team (and product culture) within Cooltra, with the support of the current team.Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products.Collaborate closely with the product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market.You will be accountable for ensuring the solution is valuable and viable, while the product designer is accountable for ensuring the solution is usable, and the engineers are accountable for ensuring the solution is feasible.You will take data-based decisions and ensure the product initiatives are prioritized in alignment with our corporate strategy.Create clear and comprehensive user stories (independently created, from a user perspective, with clear acceptance criteria).Coordinate and communicate decision-making processes with all stakeholders, including the developers, with empathy and a clear vision of the short-term future, and what matters most and needs to be done.You are motivated to make an impact, iterate quickly, and raise the bar in the ecosystem through critical thinking.Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:3+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager.Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies.Experience working with teams using Agile development methodology environments, ideally Extreme Programming and Continuous Delivery.Experience in A/B testing at scale and hypothesis-driven experimentation.Proven ability to engage with researchers, engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
