Main responsibilities: Drive the implementation of the CHC Global Manufacturing strategy, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap.Own the Manufacturing Digital core model (mainly ERP in SAP, MES with providers such as Tulip).Design the Manufacturing ERP Digital Core Model with stakeholders, meeting the requirements of the CHC GBU and customers.Partner with Digital and Manufacturing Community to support the implementation of the ERP Digital Core Model.Build manufacturing processes in the application Tulip.Ensure objectives of standardization and harmonization are maintained during deployments through proper Organization and Change Management activities.Gather new requirements and change requests while maintaining the objective of standardization and harmonization.Provide education to the Manufacturing community through a strong change management approach and clear guidelines.Secure master and transactional data quality by defining criteria, profiling, auditing, and remediating data quality issues.Conduct regular process maturity assessments and support the operational teams in their corrective and improvement plans.Ensure processes are well documented (playbook).Promote a culture of innovation by understanding trends and sharing best practices within the Manufacturing community.Contribute to performance excellence by defining and implementing metrics/targets.Ensure proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules.About you Experience: Strong track record in Manufacturing processes, experience in translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in a Digital implementation environment, key user knowledge in SAP systems, understanding of data management principles, project management experience, and experience in consumer healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods industry is a plus.
Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, lead cross-functional teams, and proactively address challenges.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English.
