You will be working directly with our customers to renew their MongoDB contracts, owning the renewal process from 120 days prior to renewal expiration. Given this is a new team at MongoDB, you will contribute to developing our renewal process and playbooks to delight customers and deliver strong renewal results. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, operational excellence, deal formulation and negotiation experience, a strong aptitude to learn MongoDB products and policy, and solid relations with internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and who is motivated by the opportunity to have a big impact on your team, customers, and MongoDB's business. Candidates based in Barcelona for our hybrid working model are preferred.
What you will be doingAs a Renewals Specialist at MongoDB, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our customer base, ensuring the seamless continuation of their partnerships with MongoDB and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to offer an outstanding customer experience, ultimately contributing to the growth and retention of our customer portfolio within your territory.
